CA Kaushal Rajpopat is a Senior Associate at Kothari, Rajpopat & Tailor, Chartered Accountants LLP, where he leads a dedicated team of associates. With expertise in taxation, compliance, and financial advisory, he specializes in tax planning, compliance management, and dispute resolution, particularly in GST and indirect tax matters. He also provides strategic guidance on company law, investment strategies, and financial reporting, helping clients navigate complex regulations and drive sustainable business growth.

A graduate of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics with an outstanding academic record of 92%, CA Kaushal cleared the prestigious Chartered Accountancy examination at the age of 22. He is currently in the final year of his law and Company Secretary examinations, further enhancing his professional qualifications.

Outside of his professional life, CA Kaushal is passionate about dance, having secured 1st Runner Up at the Navratri Mahotsav in collaboration with the Falguni Pathak Group and Naidu Club. During his time in college, he held leadership roles as Board Director, Treasurer, and Public Relations Officer in various student clubs.

Jay Rajpopat , an LLM graduate in Financial Regulations from NMIMS, is a legal professional specializing in Real Estate, Commercial Law, Financial Crime, SARFAESI Act, and Contract Negotiation.

Hailing from a family of Chartered Accountants, he practices across various courts and tribunals. He has earned recognition, including an award from Mumbai Police for aiding financial crime investigations and media coverage for his role in a high profile real estate case.

Jay has also been a volunteer for mediation awareness, working with Honorable Judges at Dindoshi Court. A passionate cricketer with nearly 85 trophies and 30 medals, cricket is a key part of his life.
